If Pure Bamboo Sheets are not the softest, most comfortable and cooling bed sheets that you have ever slept on then simply contact us and return them for a complete full refund.
Pure Bamboo warrants its bedding products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to purchases made and used within the United States. Normal wear and tear, abuse, alteration, misuse, neglect, improper care, and commercial or institutional use is excluded from any warranty claim.
Product must be purchased directly from the manufacturer, Jellyfish Brands; third-party purchases do not apply. This implied warranty applies to the original purchase only and does not extend to replacement products. To initiate a warranty claim, contact Pure Bamboo customer service with your proof of purchase and description of the defect.
Pure Bamboo disclaims any incidental or consequential damages, except where such exclusions are prohibited by applicable law.
